We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only if the product is in its original, unopened packaging and has not been used.
Hygiene Policy
Due to the nature of our product (beauty and personal care), we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used. For health and hygiene reasons, once the item has been in contact with skin or water, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
Damaged Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us at [your email] within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence. We will send a replacement free of charge. Refunds/replacements are not provided for damages caused by misuse (e.g., cutting the silicone with sharp objects).
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
